You can always order from a hatchery in the spring for those breeds. No idea on where to get the Ixworth. Are you wanting to show your birds? The Java, you can get online, from a hatchery and some people breed on here. If you're not worried about showing them, I would look at a hatchery. Otherwise, you could probably take a look on the Java page in the Breeds, Genetics and Showing or you can take a look on the "Heritage Breeds" thread in the genetics pages.

Sumatra are fairly easy to get ahold of. Again a hatchery and some people up here might have some. If not, you can find those online on lots of places.

As for ebay, as long as you know the breed standard and know what to look for in good quality birds, you can find a heck of a deal that way.

My mother and I are not on speaking terms right now...she was too busy yakking it up with her boyfriends and crap in my office. her responsibility was to watch that dog especially because the dog has been trying to get to those chicks the whole time she was here.

Hope you have a merry christmas...right now, my santa's wish is that those other 6 hatch today...

Will she pay for the damages?
 
If you google different hatcheries. A big one is "ideal" it is located in Texas. They will ship the chicks to you.

Then there's "MyPetChicken", The Danke brothers...but I can't think of their hatchery...I'll think of it in a bit.

Most hatcheries are located outside of PA. Although I'm sure there's one or two small ones here.

hehehe I just bid on birchen marans eggs. And love the sumatra males form.

Unfortunately all the other babies are dead also. I just checked them. They are all shrink wrapped. ...I really don't like this Bator. I have trouble with keeping the temps regulated one lockdown occurs. We have all agreed. This is the absolute worst christmas ever. So many deaths. We just want the day to go away and start over.
And BTW-I said EVERYTHING on my mind to her-I have no regrets if she never talks to me again. She's so self absorbed it is sick. Everything has to revolve around her and that stupid dog.
