Oh. And gonna be on the lookout for a bator. Bruce is gonna be fixing up the large one for our meat and marans project. Until we get things fixed up (and I get a serious plucker) just need a standard bator. That big daddy he has will hatch 270 chicken eggs. Really don't need to start out that way. :)

We were actually in Frystown I think...or at least just outside it. And we got there at 7:30 pm, and left around midnight with the party still in full swing...I'm sure all our friends' butts will be dragging today...but we have much on the agenda!

So you guys were REALLY close. The big city of Mt. Aetna is like right there!

It was an interesting adventure processing 27 birds yesterday with Bruce. My friend that has a plucker forgot to bring it with him to work and we ended up doing them all by hand. For further reference. 27 birds are WAY too many to mess around with at one shot with two people and no plucker. 6 1/2-7 hrs later we got it done. I was up till later last night cleaning up and messing with the incubator. YEs! I messed with the incubator. Rookie move. Some were bad and I was concerned. The dry temp spiked to 110 and I kinda freaked. So 4 babies prematurely met their end
