Be careful of cocci....

People can have very strong opinions in the whole 'medicated' vs. 'non~medicated' department. I feed my chicks medicated feed for the first month give or take. Cocci is indeed an ugly thing, and as my chooks run around outside any chance I can give them, they are exposed to any bird that has decided to fly over my property.

I have a lot bigger problems with GMFs.

i, like you feed the medicated, i feed alot longer than a month also, until they go on layer mash, that way they should be safe, have alot of wild birds here.
