Fermented feed question. What feed can I ferment? For example, I have a bag of dog food, can I ferment that? Since a lot of people are asking, can someone post instructions or a link like Fermented for Dummies?

well folks, Rose is on her way home with 5 more birds than she had this morning....the 2 blue orp's.....2 lemon orp's.... and a yougster from the new year's hatch....(EE I think ).


Rose we will all be waiting for pics of them settled in....

We all made it home! Their area is set up!! And as I was moving them from their boxes, I all ready got an egg!! They are also very chatty with my other girls! Thanks so much I all ready love them!

I just got some CL eggs. Not form her, but from 2 different sources. I am so excited about them.

Betta turned me on to swapping, and I must say, she has created a monster, lol! I have bantam choc orp and Iowa blue eggs coming, along with a bunc of other breeds.

I think she will keep the Mille Fluer d'uccles as there seems to be a few, also we are thinking if any of the chocolates are roos (banty) we will breed them with the other two we hatched, the one that is rumpless and one with a tail, they are so gorgeous!

You figured out how to swap!!? Am I the only one left that can't figure it out?
