Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

the leghorns are not really part of the flock,,,,the farm has always had a few leghorns running around as far back as hubby can remember,,,,the 6 leghorns I have now are 4 years old and probably not gonna go much longer some have not laid an egg in 2 years (freeloaders)

Anyone have use for this artificial turf for their nesting boxes? Mine seem to like it and I have a crapload of it at my house. It was left over from our high school football field. I'm in fawn grove

keep me posted on the youngster also, egg color etc....EE can vary so much with egg color that it's fun to see the difference.....
hopefully they didn't stress to much and will continue laying.
Will do! I'll take some pictures, prolly tomorrow.. What a busy day :) I think they may be a little disappointed they are stuck in the barn for now, our run will be up soon enough, but they have a nice window view for now. :)
