...it is JUST like a dogs!!!....stinky, but the pay off for them is worth it!

It is pretty country up there.It's bin about 20yrs since I was up there.We used to stay at a place close to the Alvin Bush Dam.Sugar Camp rd to the top and Crawford rd to last place on left before powerline.

I know, I give canned dog food or cat food to the ducks once a month,,,,very stinky poo the next day

I will be picking up chicks tomorrow for the order of cornish game hens.....plan on keeping a few for myself, but I must confess, never ate or cooked one of those,,,is everything the same as a normal size chicken....

Wing:
They are much more tender. I usually fix 2 to feed 4 of us. We love them. I just stick 1/2 stick of butter inside each bird, season as desired & baste with the melted butter several times during roasting.
