and just for the heck of it a line up of bantam cochin from Blarney a better line up....I really like the coloring on the first one my bi polar OE rooster from Blarney, he is so sweet one minute and a raving lunatic the next this boy came from silkie, will have to ask her what the dna is, all I can say is he is the sweetest little bantam rooster I ever had hard to see but there's a rhodebar hen in the middle of that rhodebar rooster to go with the hen that pair is available if anyone is interested in an autosexing breed can not wait till spring when I get better pics
Send me a closer pic of him if you can. If he's a banty & came from me he's likely an ee but I did have a couple stray oegb roos in my layer pen for a while so he could be a cross.

Well, it is official: Babs is on the molting up-swing and Ginger is going down...she looks like he**....poor girl! Going to be adding vits/mins w/ electrolytes and keeping with the VetRX to stave-off any colds that could take advantage of girls weaker immune systems while going through their moulting process....Also Atilla (BLR) is doing her feather explosion thing too, but she doesn't look as haggard as Ginger.
Have some awesome news...EGG #2 from Chicka again!!!

Hey, Ray...Todd and I have talked about raising rabbits also.... a future endeavor. We are keeping busy right now with getting the chickens the way we want..and now with starting the turkey & meat birds...well, our plate is pretty full....***we watched those Norwegian rabbits get judged on the TV yesterday at the Farm Show...not to many of them there, but they sure are cuties!!! I think they would do great up here in the mountains, could handle the cold real well!!! and not too big, just the right size.
Have to continue to get caught up on the thread...was a lot to look over
