6' x 12' grow-out pen.....

...iced twig, we did get the forecasted 1/4 inch.....

...frozen berries....

Stake this is what happened to those pallets I got from you.

The chickens preferred staying inside today.

The watering hole for the free rangers. It has never frozen and they seem to like standing in it. The water is always flowing so I'm guessing the temperature of the water to be around 50 - 55 degrees which is warmer than the snow.

chicken raising and photography seems to be 2 hobbies that would go really good together

awesome!! as expected,,,,,now pressure would be, saying, don't fall down while getting those pics.........I went down twice today,,,(getting to old for that, not sure I bounce so well anymore)

I am so happy that my boys and hubby were able to build a little bit of a roof over each run over winter break. My layers were all huddled in the dry snowfree spot under the roof. My girls are so ready for spring. NOT looking forward to Sunday and the next storm. We had about a foot of snow and ice on top of that.

We wanted to but couldn't find a place in our price range quick enough.

well, glad you found a place, hope it suits your needs ok:thumbsup

Found a 3br with garage & a 2-story shed (converting to coops) on just over an acre. We have the option to convert to land contract & add 1-2 more lots of over an acre each. The lot touching our current lot has a big garage on it I'd love to turn into a peafowl aviary. The other lot connected to that 1 was set up for a trailer at one point so could be rented out as a trailer lot if we need extra money & don't end up covering it in coops too.
