Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

Would anyone want a Silke roo? I'm pretty sure it's a Roo, but there's no crowing yet. I can also give you a Silkie hen to go with him. I can't have Roos where I am and I would like to regime him before he crows. He is the larger buff one in the pic.

Looks pretty girly to me. How old is it?

Quick! Anyone in western PA have meat rabbits to sell, or know where I could get a breeding pair? We had everything planned out to surprise the girls this weekend with a pair of rabbits from that lady in my WAPF group... but she just posted last night that she's in the hospital with possible appendicitis! Certainly not the time to be pestering her about rabbits... now I'm frantically trying to decide whether to scrap the plan, or if I can figure out a back up source for the rabbits. I already ordered feeders and waterers... we were supposed to pick up cages today. *I'm NW of Pittsburgh, I don't mind driving, but south of Pittsburgh is pretty far. We are only 10 minutes from the OH/WV border, so even something Ohio would be fine.

Sorry for the dilemma, if you were closer chiqueschicks and I could set you up.
Hopefully someone closer to fix to you has something

Oh I hope you two are right! She- He is approx. 21 weeks old. Maybe I will keep She-he until I hear a crow. :)

Can you get pics of different angles and a close up of a straight face shot.... all of my boys develop the couple strands of fly away hair by that age....meaning a few feathers on the top of the head that are longer and really stick straight up... also I am not seeing rooster in the back end either,,,, can not explain this one, just from being around them and staring at them waiting for a crow or an egg.

Bought 2 NEW ducks at a swap last month since Chuck's girlfriend turned out to be a boy. These were guarenteed girls, they would quack and everything. Well, guess who's now getting a curly tail feather? My two new "girls"! Does anybody out there have MATURE hens? I can give you a grey drake and a black drake with some white freckling on his chest that might feather in more.

The only hens I may have are anconas & they are babies. I can sex them very accurately though. I've not been wrong on any yet.

I'd be scared to get big ducks, calls are the perfect size and fit for my flock. But thank you :) Im just so mad that I got two more boys!
