It will be cool if it is albino, but some SFH have orange eyes. I suspect it will turn out being red based.

Word of caution: I'm not sure about your standard practice, but I highly recommend NOT using medicated feed with them. There is evidence it causes for problems.

It hatched out of a dark brown orpington egg. :) And don't worry, I use unmedicated.

that is really neat...no matter if it turns out reddish or not..cool!!:thumbsup ..never saw a pic like this before..
Another one just like it hatched over night! It's so cool, they're like twins even though they're not.
 
Just getting started again. Looking for some layers in the Snyder Cty area. Hoping not to have to start out with chicks. Any ideas? Thanks!

Welcome to the thread!! Would love to help enable .... er... help you..... but I am probably 2 hours away, though I do have 3 hatches of chicks from 7 to 11 weeks old which our broodies hatched over the winter.
A bit far to go though for mixed breeds....
