That's a tough one...there is no real bear proofing,,,,I'd suggest thinking of ways to make them not want to come near your property....

We had to have one trapped out of our place a couple of years ago, thankfully we got it before it went after our birds. We don't have any bird feeders anymore, not even for humming birds and there is never any food, plates, soda cans or garbage bags ever left outside.
We put expanded metal mesh over doors and windows.
You can also take pieces of plywood and put a bunch of 2" nail or screws through it so they stick through the back side, then place the plywood in front of or under anything you want to make the bear avoid. They don't like walking on a 'bed of nails'.
Problem with the bed of nails is that humans and pets have to avoid it also.
For what it is worth I would suggest removal of the feeders for a while, once they have found a source of goodies they will return to look for it again.
