Sold the 2 red coops today. Just the white one left. I didn't know the address hadn't gone in the ad in spite of my efforts. He drove around Waterford for an hour before he spotted the coops in the backyard. He has bantams and they are his eye candy. He dotes on them. Likes to watch them run around his yard. Is looking for more bantams. Doesn't care which breed as long as they are colorful, quality, and healthful. Does anyone have any leads for me within driving distance of Ligonier, PA 15658?

If you're looking for bantams, I almost always have some Silkie bantams in my grow out pens that I'm looking to sell. I know it doesn't matter but most are show quality. If you are interested, please pm me for more details.
 


Sigh. Why is it always the friendliest and prettiest turns out to be a 'roo??? I will be looking for a home for my black and lavender English Orpingtons as soon as they crow! Hope there is someone within driving distance of me who is interested in breeding orpingtons!

If I didn't want to test the viability of the roosters, I would probably have gone to Dennis for some of those Ameraucanas to stick under her like I did last year. I really like the blue eggs. And Mabel and Vicki (the two I already have) are fairly reliable layers. Or I would go for some of the dark brown eggs. hmmmm, next year....
