The 2 that hatch out yesterday that are olive eggers do not have any white on the head. And 1 of the marons is trying to hatch

It could be exhausted. Otherwise, be sure it has vitamins, and report back in two days.

It is the one that hatched yesterday afternoon. The 1 I found in the morning that hatched is doing good.

Is it wrong to recycle names?

We recycle... or abbreviate and number them.... We are on our 2nd "Buffy", if we have one that looks like a previous bird then the may be labeled as ... 'the second' or .... 'junior'

Put 239 eggs into lockdown tonight. First decent fertility with Legbar and Olive Eggers (which are extremely popular, when they were all infertile).

So the chick has not hatch out yet. The hole it has made is about the size of a pea. Its been like this for about 4 hours. When should I start helping it?

Not for at least 24 hours after it's been pipped. Sometimes they take their good old time hatching. There have been several times where I thought it was time to help but they just weren't ready yet.
