I'm taking it easy with my garden this year. Not starting any seeds indoors. Once it's warm enough I'm going to dig up the dirt with a shovel and rake it all up with the chicken manure. Then I'll get some plants from our garden store. Don't have the patience for the garden this year. Last year ruined my mood for gardening.

I'm right there with you on that one this year.

I have enough other projects anyway. The garden is last on my list. First, this weekend I am getting my kids a bigger swing set. It was handmade and the guy is selling it now that his kids have moved out. It's huge, will need to be taken apart there, moved to my house, then reassembled. Fun! I'll share pics once it's all done. I also have ordered a shed for my chickens and it should be here April 16th. Then I'll have that to put together and build everything inside it for the chickens. Plus a protected run. Can't wait!

I always wanted to get the kids a swing set but they're too big now. We made a swing between two trees and hung a tire swing out front. DH made a seesaw out of a log and a board and they have lots of trees to climb lol. Now, it's a battle getting them outside to play most of the time. They're getting in to those teenage years.

We have a tire swing and a hammock I occasionally let her use as a swing. She has various slides, and I even do (if anyone remembers them) a roller coaster for her by pushing her down the hill in a wagon.

@Auroradream26 My favorite cannot stand. She (?) can fly though! She was inching along on her side (probably to get away from “danger”) when I laid her on the coop while tending the others. She’s in the house now.
What would cause her to be on able to stand? I know, too many things. What do you think is likely the culprit/what can I do right now?

Cleaned out the coop today.

....i have no idea. I haven't dealt with that before. Broken back?

I have been around too long to simply ask what is wrong. However, I just don’t know what else to say. These are all of her symptoms, and the only other thing I can think of is that, depending on who you ask, they might be crowded. I think I can handle processing today.
