Hey All. Well all 5 of my chicks hatched, and only 2 black, so, YAY! I am having trouble downloading the pics on the new computer. The old one was easy, it just did it. My cousin will be over later, I'm gonna give him a go at it. Hmmm...
While we are talking about fall, I read somewhere that you stop cleaning the coop in fall to allow the bedding and poop to build up, that it acts as an insulator or something like that. Do any of you have experience with this? Is it accurate?
One more thing, I have a Serama that only started laying this month, and is already broody. Is that normal, and what do I do to get her up? She won't budge and she's not laying which is terrible because I was going to start collecting her eggs when I came home from the beach, for a hatch.Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
