I keep forgetting that there is a breeder around here. I saw him on Creg's List last Spring, and gave him a call. He said to call when I am ready for more chicks. Wish I had remembered that sooner! Oh well. We will see how I do during TSC's Chick Days. If I make it through without (too many!) more chicks, I will give him a call.
I hate not being near everyone else. I REALLY want BCM!!! I think Mark said he had them.
Red was so eager to mate when the other 5 roosters were around. I see him succeed every few days (not that I am watching!) but I think he is more into protecting now than mating. If Rocky doesn't make up for it, I will be ticked. All my original babies are the ones I culled (except one pullet). They were ALWAYS mating!

She is to go with our Jersey giant til we get him some girls .. i got to get better pictures of her .. im pretty sure that is what she said she was ... im in love with her and cant wait til she starts laying fertilized eggs she is quarantined at the moment
 
What kind of maran is she? Okay so really kinda envious! My ultimate goal is to have a marans pen. And let copper go nutz. Cuckoo, copper, and blue hens....
