Oh yes, that was what they were bred and raised for. Herding cattle. I'm starting the pup on ducks, then we'll move up to sheep/goats, and eventually cows as he gets older. Both of the pups parents are excellent working dogs and that is why Jared breeds them, they aren't AKC registered, but they make some great stock dogs.

Ginja got a new crate today - but I found a better use for it

Dang kids won't stay out of it!

Ginja went in when it was EMPTY of children and lay down to sleep - five minutes later she had company - so now she's on the floor OUTSIDE the crate and the one small child is INSIDE with all her toys!

(I see we might have to buy a few more crates)
