You're a riot!! I can see this is going to be a really fun place!!!!
Well put it this way... I try my best to be!! That's all anybody can do right?? I'm a firm believer that there is just no reason in the world to be nasty?? I mean why.. when just trying to be nice and respectful to people is so much easier. Of course though and sadly, there are people that just live to be mean and hateful to everyone and with those I just keep my distance as I have no use for people like that in my life!! Gosh life is truly short when you sit back and analyze it. So why not try to live it with love and caring and respect for each other?? The world would be such a better place that way wouldn't it?? I often even cry, because I tell my husband that I am not made for this world today and all the EXTREME CRUELTY in it that we are surrounded by. I just don't fit in?? I'll even just lay in bed and start crying OFTEN when my mind starts flashing to things I've heard that these vermin people have done to poor, innocent, loving little animals!! WHY WHY WHY?? Animals are gifts from God.. they have nothing but LOVE in their hearts!! HOW AND WHY WOULD ANYONE DO SUCH HORRIBLE AND CRUEL THINGS TO AN ANIMAL THAT WAS ALL TRUSTING AND LOVING AND HAD NO IDEA SUCH THINGS WOULD BE DONE TO IT!!!!????? Oh Lord it makes me sick!! I honestly HATE the world we live in today!!!! I would do anything if I could only stop the cruelty. Anything!!!!

Hi 
Havent been on here in a few years but wanted to check in and say hi! We got 4 chix given to us with no mama so we have raised them so far with no heating lamps or heating devices other than our own cuddles. They are so sweet.
Dont know if anyone here has ever done that but wanted to let you know that of course you dont need all the heating stuff they say you need.. The chix only need to be kept warm like a mama hen would do for them..So we cuddle until they dont want to be warm anymore and they want to go eat. Just like a mama hen would.They are allowed outside but they come running back to the door when i say PEEP PEEP and follow me everywhere. Their bday is june 17th so they are geminis with scorpio moon
so here they are ;
Marshmallow, Shorty(the one who sleeps like shes dead in 2nd pic lol!)
and Eva and Grimmy

Yes, it gets to me too. But unfortunately it's in human nature to be cruel. I ignore the media now as much as I can, and that has helped somewhat. It's too much for anyone to handle when you're hearing about all the worst things that are happening in the world, every day. We're never going to rid the world or pain and cruelty because that's just a part of life. Unfortunately.

oh i forget how to use these forums i have been on only facebook for so long 
lol!
i dont have a coop for them because they r going to sleep inside with the doggies like they already do i dont mind cleaning up after them - i'velost alot of birds outside even in coops i thought were secure so these girls arent going anywhere i cant watch them closely.
they are all girls so i wont have any crowing.. and look how cute they are! how could i make these little cuties sleep outside and miss their cuddles? hehehe .i know how to make chicken diapers too so in case i get tired of cleaning up poop...i have that option
have you all seen the chicken lady on youtube? the one who had phillip the rooster? too hilarious!
