OMG I'm dying of cuteness overload!!!!
I can' t wait to get a hatch from my chickens!
I'm doing that same staggered incubation.. My hens lay way to far apart to save enough eggs for a decent clutch.
I'm going to buy a second incubator for lock down.

Okay...has anyone hand sewn any chicken diapers? I don't have a sewing machine, but I'm pretty handy with a needle and thread.

ETA: if so, anyone have any simple patterns I could use?
