Percentage of blue or green eggs from Ameraucanas?

Mine too are all green or blueish colored. BUT I do have one that is laying a dark olive green and I love this one!
Here are the colors that our EE's are laying!

All of mine lay a variation of greens other than one solid white hen who lays a blue egg.... she was purchased from a different source than the others so I'm thinking that is the difference.

I mix them with my brown eggs and the white from the ducks and it looks like a rainbow!!!

I have 6 EE hens and here is a photo of our eggs from today and yesterday. (I have 40 other hens.) My EE's eggs vary from Army green and pointy to turquoisey blue. A few drabby green and maybe a pink. Its hard to say who is laying what these days. But this photo shows just how many eggs we have-I may put the one of my frig here too just to show how overrun we're getting.. Its actually funny. I guess all the people who buy eggs from me must be getting close again to needing more. At least I hope so!

Pardon the messy looking frig-this is just to show you how many eggs we have in there! The middle shelf has 15 dozen in all-2 doz duck eggs and the rest chicken eggs-the door has over 3 dozen duck eggs on it and the bowls have over 6 doz in all. I've been boiling and baking, but we're getting sick of eggs here now. The big bowl on the bottom is egg salad...

Wow Lisa - do you have children that get into the refrigerator for snacks? If so all those eggs are an accident waiting to happen. I don't think I've ever seen so many eggs - you lucky!

Forgot to mention, I have 5 ee's or ameraucanas - 4 look like a hawk and 1 pure white with tuffs and a beard. I have 2 hawk looking ones that lay pinkish tan, 2 that lay green and my white one that lays light blue. Oh, she's my avatar too.

Well, thank you all so very much for your replies...I have to say, I'm disappointed in my shipment. I feel like I got ripped off! The reason I wanted Araucanas/Ameraucanas was for green/blue eggs. I sure wish I knew what the hatchery actually sent me! (I got my "Ameraucanas" from Mt. Healthy Hatchery in Ohio.)

Oh, all the egg pics are so pretty! Cheeptrick, your eggs are what I was hoping MY eggs would look like!

Hi, alright I have been reading through the postings and have some pictures of my chickens and of some eggs..
This site has been fantastic and I love seeing all the different pictures.. Great job guys...
But i have some questions.

So far the gold colored Americana (Henny Penny) has not started laying I am hoping for blue eggs but who knows the other (Silly Sally) has just started laying and I believe hers to be a light brownish pink egg. I have 5 chickens that are laying and can only for sure match 2 with the hens..

The white egg belongs to Meg Pie which is the white leghorn
The dark brown one is Molly's she is my Golden sexlink This I know for sure the rest is speculation.
Ruby who is my red star she lays a light brown egg
Dot my Winedot she also lays a light brown egg
I am 90% the pinkish brown one comes from Sally.
Can you tell me for sure what kind of chickens these are I was told from the breeder they are Americana's.
Thank you all
