The Splits not only went into their coop on their own tonight, two of them are sitting on the perch.

11.5 weeks. They're about as big as the California White -- though I'm not sure how much of that is feather fluff since they're half Orpington.

And tonight all 4 of them were perching, though one is on the concrete block that supports the perch instead of on the perch itself.

I kept looking back and forth… then I looked up what grils meant.

And they were still there on the perch this morning when I opened up.

It's a little scary to think that I was a little nervous about them being crowded in there for an extra hour since I slept in because the 4 of them in the 3x5 playpen have more space than is available in most prefabs.
