Perfect boiled egg?

We need help, we can not get a good boiled egg. Most of the time the egg completely comes apart. Does it have to be room temp, the number of min. etc., help please.

do a search on here there is a lot of help. the main thing is, the older the better they come out. we use 2 weekers in our house.
