Joe, the coop is working great. I did connect the hoop coop to my other run due to inseparable pullets I have. They all get along so well and threw such a fit when I separated them due to them needing more space, I connected the two with a tunnel walkway. No predator problems at all. I do hear a predator every now and then get into the electric fence.

Thanks

Hi Marty,
The HOOP looks like it would make a great run on its own.
I asked about predators because we have coyotes, raccoons, bobcats and an occasional bear but coyotes are the biggest problem.
There are no stray cats or dogs in our area.
For us electric fence is a must have option.
The nice thing about the hoop is that it blends with the terrain, no straight lines which so many neighbors and HOA's object to.
Thanks again,
Joe

I wish I had found this before my husband died. It's exactly what I was trying to explain to him.

I've been looking at another thread to help with a tractor and I ws thinking hoop, so this helps a lot.

Hello Marty. I completed my coup with your plans about a month ago. It's awesome and all my friends are impressed and my birds are very happy. I'm thinking of covering the entire structure for the winter, do you have any opinion on that? My birds free range most every day.

Thanks!!!

Frank
