Permethrin

I just dusted all my coops with permethrin but I like your idea a lot better.

I go out at night with a pump sprayer when its dark in the coop. I stick the tip of the sprayer up underneath their feathers by their vent/wings, spray down their legs good, etc.

This is the liquid concetrate. I usually mix it up in a tub and bathe the chickens in it. I like the idea of spraying them with it though because then I won't need to wear a raincoat.

that's the same stuff I use. I have jsut poured it down their backs to take care of it. Worked well. also sprayed the coop pretty well too. Hey, if you read the label on bee sprays (some of them, theya are permitherin as well, i use this same stuff in the sprayer to kill my bee nests. works good too!)
