Peroxide to clean wounded silkie?

No pekins should be ok. I have some Muscovy, pekins, Runners and Khakis, and the Runner are the ones that are nasty. My runner drake is in love with a Khaki girl. They make a very odd looking pair.

I had been thinking about Khakis in the spring. Hubby says no more ducks until he digs out the pond.

Oh yes, mine love their pond. They have a ditch that is blocked along the side of the property but it in the backyard so I can watch them from the kitchen window. The runners and Khakis spend most of their day in the water.

I have a quail with a wound on its foot. im afraid the it will lose the foot. it is more than welcome to stay in side but id rather it didnt lose it. I rinse it with cold water to eas the pain and it is a suriget for a single bantum chick that just hatched. i will goto using warm water and backing soda to clean it and see if i can save that foot.
