No, myself and my bio uncle are the only ppl I've met who can do it.
DH is so IN-flexible he can't even scratch his own back, whereas I can reach every square inch of my back by rolling my shoulders around... never an itch that escapes me!
Yup, I can do that with my left arm. Right shoulder is too jacked up from major rotator cuff damage that wasn't repaired.
