I just set duck eggs in my cabinet incubator. Some of the eggs have perspiration like a glass window does on a cold day. Humidity is at 66 because I have chicken eggs in there as well. Are these bad eggs? Or is this normal? This is my first time doing duck eggs in a looooong time.
Edited to say: eggs have been at room temperature for 3 days.

Do you let them set for at least 12 hrs at room temp. before putting them in the bator? Cold eggs placed in the bator right away will cause condensation on them. If they haven't been in there too long, I would take them out and dry them off and let them sit a while to warm up. Good luck.

Also, it is not advisable to do chicken and duck eggs together. The humidity should be at 55% in the beginning for both, but the last three days for chickens in 65% but duck eggs take longer and humidity should be 75%. If you have a separate hatcher to use that will be great.
