Pet Chicken hatching eggs...

I doubt I will send for these, as I would get eggs from someone on BYC. But I am curious.

Does anyone here know the breeds that My Pet Chicken is offering hatching eggs from?

I hope I spell this right--Penedesencas, Emperadescas.

They sounded interesting. But I did not like that they had 'small to medium' eggs. I like larger eggs.

However, the eggs sounded nice, very dark brown.

I do not show chickens; I am interested in very nice eggs.

And somewhat unusual chickens. So far, aside from my old hens, my RIR's, who will probably always be my true favorite, I just LOVE the Wheaten Americanas. They are pretty and friendly and gentle. And I love the eggs.

Did you see the prices of those eggs. Sorry 13.00 a piece is alittle out of my league for something I no little about.

I wasn't going to get them anyway, but gosh, I am glad I didn't. I admit, I thought, shoot I have alittle room in there. I am in shock.

Guess I need to learn to read the ads a little better.
