Pet Peeve! When sellers substitute or don't meet the order!

What if it's a swap? We don't know what we're going to get anyway , and I was going to put some extras in just to fill the box. Thought it would increase their odds of getting something to hatch- you know how shipped eggs are.

I think a swap is totally different from purchasing something from someone in good faith and having it switched to something else. Especially after waiting so long for them. A swap has rules too, though. But not the same as a buyer/seller situation.
