Pet Peeves

Glad you found one. I've run across everything from a single owner (allegedly) private seller that didn't know what maintenance had been done to a dealership trying to sell a POS that should have gone to the third world or a chop shop to be parted out. And other private sellers that get uppity when you ask for records of the alleged maintenance.
I won't lie..it took me probably 7 months maybe a year. I'm married. Hubby has a truck. We were looking for a run around car with better gas mileage. I know what you are feeling. This one guy was supposed to meet us at my grandparents house so we could be closer to his location. My grandparents were an hour away. My hubby rushed home from work (end of the day) we waited at my grandparents till 9. This flake never showed nor called. We were giving him an extra 100 bucks just to drive it there since we knew he was driving a couple hours..he could have said no, that's too far. I know what you're going through and it sucks.. :hugs :hugs is there a specific vehicle you are looking for?

I took a Nissan Armada for a test drive and other than issues with that particular vehicle, I didn't like the full size as much as I thought I would. I guess a mid-size V6 suv/crossover would be the target vehicle. I really liked the 5 speed 4wd on the Xterra but everything else about it was flawed.

People who leave their dog outside forever while it barks and whines and barks and barks and barks.
💯
WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE A DOG THEN??
Livestock Guardian Dogs may be the exception.
My LGDs are outside all day, and they never quit barking. But if I were to bring them indoors they'd lose their marbles. And when the Coyotes are only two fields away my barking dogs keep the goats safe. So there are some situations where a barking dog isn't neglected, and where they're actually doing a job.
In sad contrast my good friends left their old lab outside during record low temps and they refused to bring her in, she's short haired and arthritic. They really don't love her😔
My LGDs were inside, even though they wanted to be outside.

Hey what about a Pontiac vibe/ Toyota matrix now they're older models but the seats drop down and there 4 cylinder. I noticed a lot of people buying this older verhicle in tn. Mines 2006. They're a crossover SUV. I can haul a lot..these guys can get up to 300,000 when properly cared for.

How sad..that poor dog 😟 my mom saw something similar happen when I was a kid and we lived in Minnesota. Some ass left a cocker spaniel outside on a chain in the winter! My mother actually went over and gave the dog some food because she felt sorry for it.

I have not seen one offered for sale around here, but I would look at one if I did.

I actually heard about this model vehicle through my mom and a mechanic on YouTube Scotty Kilmer. He has good videos. He will actually list out good used vehicles if you only have so much to spend. He is a straight shooter. He really likes the Toyota matrix and vibe. Actually owns one. I've learned a lot from him. And I'm not an engine crazy girl.

My wife can only handle his videos in small doses. He is quite....energetic? :gig I, on the other hand, will go down his rabbit hole.
