The good work history was a high success rate of catching flies in the Summer.Or maybe a really good work history?
Agree 100%People who reply to questions posted about products online when they have no clue what the answer is. For example:
Q: How long is the power cord.
A: Sorry, I don’t know.
Here’s an idea, then DON’T POST A REPLY. The question wasn’t aimed at you specifically, so if you don’t know the answer keep your fingers of the frickin keyboard.![]()
In nursing we have to use a 1-10 pain scale. We hate it but they are trying to grade something subjective (analog) on a digital scale.I hate when people review something like -/10 and they dont even keep it withen ten. They go, 100/10, 10000/10, 300/10.
So, tell me again what the point of keeping 10 there is?
I tend to fall into a logarithmic scale of pain….In nursing we have to use a 1-10 pain scale. We hate it but they are trying to grade something subjective (analog) on a digital scale.
But when an especially obnoxious patient answers 12 or 20 out of 10, I say out loud while typing, "Patient's answer is confused and non responsive. Not able to give pain meds at this time."
I worked in a 'Pain Clinic' where they gave steroid shots to relieve back pain. Now these people were honestly in pain and would report 9-10/10 consistently.I tend to fall into a logarithmic scale of pain….
To go along with this, someone posts a “what sex is this chick” question, and gets replies criticizing the ventilation, coop size, or choice of run fencing. I get people want to help, but don’t attack someone who has a completely unrelated question.People who reply to questions posted about products online when they have no clue what the answer is. If it's a new chicken keeper, telling them is how they learn. No need for attacking, but if I see something - I say something. If someone is doing something that could be potentially harmful to their animals, they need to know so they can learn and correct it.To go along with this, someone posts a “what sex is this chick” question, and gets replies criticizing the ventilation, coop size, or choice of run fencing. Gentle suggestion is good. But sometimes it’s mean! I am all about helping without attacking. You are one of the good ones, @Overo Mare !If it's a new chicken keeper, telling them is how they learn.
