cool. even when you’re working with an agent, you’re still free to look up and find properties you like. so it’s not like you’re just stuck with what they find for you.

each state might have their own fee structure, so i can’t speak to what they pay in total. all i know is the yearly dues to the NAR are $150.

but it sounds like they’re around $1000 all in for the year, which isn’t a lot when you consider the standard commission on a $250,000 sale is about $6,000.

She just switched companies so her fees are more to.

I've toyed with the thought that being a realtor/real estate person might be fun. But that's a ton of driving and I try not to do that, so....

And talking to people. And probably people who wear uniforms. Best avoid
