Pet Peeves

A pet peeve I have lately is training the new girl to do my old job. Shes new, I get it. But she's making a lot of mistakes, no matter how many times I correct her. It's very hard for me to see someone do something that I did for 8 years and not go take over

Does she have written instructions, a SOP manual? Who has time to babysit a new hire? Give her a book of instructions. Then if she can't do the job it's obviously not your fault for failure to train her, it's her own fault for inability to follow instructions. Most of my jobs I started making an SOP from Day One.
