Pet Peeves

I can agree with the not turning them on, but I wouldn't say im stupid for not having a car that does it automatically.
Well I guess that pet peeve would be more directed at manufacturers that still don’t make this a standard feature 25 years later

I would say I may have been stupid for buying a Ford.
The auto light function has long stopped working as has one door handle, the drivers seat heater, any setting except high with the heater/AC, etc etc.
I don't mind turning them on. Especially when I can put them on high beam and ride someone's @$$ that's doing the speed limit.

How do you catch up to them? You drive slower than a combine.
That is true. I rarely get up to the speed limit but sometimes I catch a wind on a downhill run.
Other times I just feel like an @$$ enough to make an exception to screw with someone.

Not turning on your headlights and too stupid to get a car with automatic lights 🤬
Irritates me too, however I have a 91 Toyota Tacoma and those lights are manual. I often have them on even if it's not dark in the winter with snow because it's a white truck. My thinking is it's more difficult to see because it's white and. . . I like running lights anyway.
Me thinks that all grayish/black earth tone vehicles should have running lights in the summer.

Thank you! If you could just bottle some of that logic and ship it to me, I'll see what I can do about getting it into the water supply around here.

I had a bad car accident when I was 19 because of my car color. It was November so a time of year where everything was monochromatic. My car was that goldish gray earth tone color. It said gold on the title but did not look "gold" gold in person. A lady pulled up to a stop sign, looked both ways and pulled out right in front of me. There was no way to avoid her and I hit her, hard.
