When you're sore/in pain and someone tells you "you're young, you can handle it" or "suck it up".

Someone who thinks my (emotional) pain is not legit. Don't you DARE "try on" my pain, say it doesn't hurt you, so therefore it shouldn't hurt me.

Having an disability that isn't obvious, and having to explain why you can't do something.

Just because they can walk does not necessarily mean they can walk from the outer parking through the store and back. Or just might be someone picking up gramma at the beauty salon.

I had an old French teacher who, when someone would "AX" a question, he would say in a loud, pompous voice "TO AX SOMEONE IS FIRST DEGREE MURDER!"

A part of doing chores is to stand or sit watching the animals! Tell him that it's therapy for the mind in order to deal with the "other" things in our life!
