My GC showed me to close the bag after opening it and twist it tightly, then pop it open it again before putting it in the bin. This removes the static from the bag and it won't "billow" in the bin. Really works!

Pet peeve
"Cull" isn't a cutesy way to say "kill"

It can roundabout mean to dispatch an animal, but that's not THE use of the word.
It's just a useful one-syllable word.

I used to make sure the bags were open (was the only one) occasionally still do
Alternatively, I hate when people put cardboard in that isn't disassembled, so there's wasted space or ripped bags...
