my husband daughter had two dogs when her boyfriend died she had them chained to two trees in the front I told her they were her responsibility and SHE would have to care for them at first she bought food but then not and didn't even try to help feed them like give us $20. for dog food at that time dog food was not $20. but for a month and $20. wekll it would help. So we were buying the dog food she lived somewhere else and she would come over to feed the dog actual she had her 6 year old daughter (at the time) feeding them not her one time it was late and in winter and she was telling her 6 year old to go feed the dogs I was in the tub I got out and I said to my husband if the 6 year old went out to feed the dogs he said no that his daughter did after he told her not to send the 6 yeear old CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, My son and me took care of the dogs cleaned the water bukets and one had a collar begining to go into his neck I took it off and put another one on I told his daughter and she didn't even go look at the dog or his neck.
I think you understand what I mean by not taking care of peoples animals.
