Actually no, Edgeworth had a bit of white around his mouth, was stockier and most notably had a rumpy tail as they are both Manx mixes. Phoenix has a normal tail. Even at a distance I could easily tell them apart. Also all of them are named after ace attorney characters

Yes, I think a Hunt terrier, which is part of the Jack Russell family? A Hunt terrier just has shorter legs.
