pheasant chick

we just got 11 chicks to start raising pheasants. On chick has a bum leg that started out fine but now is stretched out to the side. When I pick it up and put the leg where it should be the chick closes her eyes. How can I help this chick, is there a way to help this chick. I noticed the other leg the toes are all curled in also.

please help. I feel so helpless for this wee bird

I just fed the we chick again and put new water in and noticed that the other foot is sideways also. There has to be something I can do for this chick. Any one know what I should do?? Will this bird havea quality of life, will this bird be able to lay eggs. If so will her/his babies be deformed also? I am so new at this I just don't know what to do
