Pheonix Breed Advice?? (long post)

OK so if I can't show them in August would it be to hard on them to show them as a pet?They would be at my canp and only for 1 day. I could train them to pull a cart or something.
I am sorry I was so pushy about the show but I was the only person there with pultry last year. It is starting to grow but we still need more people.

ok, let me say something. You can show any pure bird in any chicken show. WHat they mean is that you can show with birds from McM, but that McM phoenix just can't compete with something like birds that come from phoenix breeders. It could happen, but not likely. I have had silver phoenix from McMurry and I was way less than pleased. They looked like game chickens, no extra tail at all. If you want some really long tails, contact someone here that has some and see about getting some stock from them somehow.

Talk to wildwil03 on here. He has awesome phoenix with very long tails. He sells eggs and ships birds. He's very nice.

I got my Birds from Napalongtails. I can vouch for her birds, they are very well cared for, came with detailed instructions, she was very professional as well as informative. Was kind enough to put up with my never ending questions. Also , the birds were friendly and gorgeous.
I do have a Hatchery Silver Rooster, he is nice, but I am not using him for breeding. Although I did show him at a County Fair and he was Best Variety and Best of Breed, of course he was also the only one in his class.
