Pheonix or a game bantam?

I know of no breed of pullet that has saddle/hackle feathers...that is just so very strange!!!

all chickens have hackles and saddles they just look different. my polish pullet has long fat rounded saddles just like this one. her hackles do not say cockerel its the pattern on those feathers that make them look pointed. it really isn't that strange. as for the tail my polish even have the nice curved sickles but again she is 100% pullet

that looks like a pullet all the way. were did she come from?

She came from a local farm where I get all my birds, sometimes he throws in a bird here or there and I picked her out at 5wks not knowing what she was and he thought she might be golden phoenix

it very well could be a phoenix. this is a golden phoenix pullet

it's also pullet due to its coloring as cockerels dont come in the color of your pullet

Yea that looks exactly like her. except mine is still growing the tail like this one
