How I sell chicks:

Pre orders for day olds

Pre-orders for 3-4 week olds - 4 weeks out

Left over are sold as short request 3-4 week olds, then 4-8 week olds and so on.

If birds get to 12+ weeks, I sell as sexed.

I do not hold birds to sell as sexed

Sometimes I keep birds to breed. Like all of you, I need females so i keep more than double my own requirements. I will sell off the extras.

The real estate required to sell birds as breeders is too much for my little farm. The cost of the birds is also quite high for mant Pinoy.

We already reminded our neighbors a week before that today we will vaccinate chickens. And still they did not keep their chickens. They keep saying the vaccines will be ok if they will refrigerate it. Even after we used it.
