This is a picture of my bantam rooster. I was wondering if he is Phoenix.

I'd say hes a game.
Note the white legs, phoenix are slate blue.
His red ear lobes, phoenix are white
the kinda pigeon breast he has, reminds me of old English.

I'm betting he's more along that line
