Oof, it looks blurry. It’s not but the original photo’s extension was blocked (ugh) so I had to SS.

The colors don't look "true". I'd apply an effect to make it look less bright. Like the bird looks good, but the overall image is too light.

Compositionally this is pretty good. Is this cropped from a larger shot? You clipped her tail and toe. Watch our for that. Also a little less of the vibrance slider, your colors are pushed just a bit too far. Be mindful of your sky too, this is really blown out.

I wouldn't waste my time editing anything but the original file. Do you have access to the original file?

I'd lower the color. Basically, you go to the saturation and lower it to more of a grayscale, but keeping the color. If you change the temperature, you can put in some blueness to the sky. (IMPO, I like to go opposite on the temperature, so a slight hint of orange would look good in that sky.)
