No, I just used my phone camera (a Pixel 7). The wolf spiders get fairly large, and I zoomed in 2x. I think with 2x zoom there isn't much of a loss of image quality, since the camera sensor is 50mp but saved images are always 12.5mp.
2x zoom is pretty good on my Pixel 6. Not really any quality loss.

Does these Pixels have more than one camera on the front? I've found with my phones (one had four cameras, another had five, and my current has three) that when you zoom in or out, it'll switch which camera it's using. (On mine, this is why it's such a big jump in between the first two zooms. It's switching between cameras.)

My Pixel only has one front-facing camera. It has two rear facing (a normal and a wide). The Pro model has a 5x (or 4x) telephoto lens as well.

Mine is the same, with a regular rear camera and a wide-angle one. I've thought before that it'd be cool to have the telephoto camera, but the pro models are significantly more expensive.

Back, I meant. When I say front, I'm usually talking about this side:

Where the screen is, I only know of phones having one camera.

And large. I would have considered a 6 Pro if the 512GB option was in my budget, but it wasn't. I wasn't going to pay more and have the trade off of more hand strain without more storage.

What do you all think of this photo? It's so hard to take good photos of white chickens in the sun...

It's not bad, Abs. I see some dust spots in the upper left sky and that little bit of foot blur. I'd maybe crop in left and right to make this a square shot, the negative space on the sides vs the top and bottom bug me a bit.

All minor things, really.
