Photo upload problems

Hi everybody, I'm trying to start a new thread and it's not letting me upload photos. It won't let me drag them directly into the text box, and when I click "Attach files" and select my images it just sits there and does nothing. what should I do?

Alright, so I’ve done that before, but this time the picture just won’t load when I do the “attach files“ thing. It flashes zero percent loading for a second like it’s gonna start loading but then that disappears and it just sits there blank.

What browser are you using?
Do you remember to clear it and the history and cache often?
