Photos Of Chickens! Show Me Your Chickens! (Also Stories Would Be Great!)

Here's a few of mine. I was in the run, cleaning, when it started pouring rain. We're currently stuck in the run.

This is one of my pullets, Teriyaki, or Terri, for short. She has a small, smooth comb because she had her comb ripped off at 12 weeks by an overzealous cockerel. Luckily, because her comb still had growing to do, it's grown into what you see now.

Rhode Island Reds Australorps and Easter Eggers.
I want to get Australorps, but they aren't suited to hot weather. (I would've thought that they were heat-tolerant, due to the fact the they were breed here in Australia)

Mine were ok in like, 90 degree weather. They are heat tolerant but those black feathers make them a little hot. They are very sweet to me and the other hens. Those reds are bossy as heck, super tolerant of all weather. Never had a problem with the Eggers. One is a daredevil and one is quite shy. They are fun, and they are good in all weather.
