PHOTOS OF IMPACTED CROP and NEED HELP

Still giving 4ml Merlot and electrolytes in eye dropper 2x/day.
Massaging crop up and trying to break up the bulge.
There's no significant change in her condition.
She is eating ground up pellets, because she is in coop/run w/ a
Serama (who screams non-stop if I separate them).
She's moving around normally.

If she's in with another, can you be sure she's eating? Have you checked her crop FIRST thing in the morning, before she get up & about for the day? Crop should be empty first thing in the a.m. If it's not, continue what you're doing, but I'd discontinue the electrolytes now. She really shouldn't have them for more than a few days in a row.

I had this problem with a few of my silkies. Give her some flattened coke a cola it will deteriate any food particals in her crop( about 6cc to 10cc). Give it to her slowly so she doesn't inhale it by accident. Also make sure to give her some mineral oil(about 5cc) to help what ever might be plugged up in her. Then give her some plain yogurt to get the positive bacteria back into her system when she starts to act a little better. Hope this helps

Yes, she eats the ground up pellets.
I'm giving her cooked brown rice soaked in Merlot and olive oil too.
Oh,ok, I won't give her electrolytes.
The crop is still enlarged when I let her out of the coop in the morning.
She stills behaves normal , except for the occasional next twisting.
Her condition remains the same. She's not laying those pretty mint green eggs anymore.

Thanks, I will try the flat coke. I've been giving her olive to help keep things moving out.

I have to say, your chicken might just be acting this way for attention

I'm guessing from the very very nasty smell that came from her crop ... that she brought it up? Not sure .... I brought her in the house ... put some meds down her ... with the help of my husband ... when we opened her little beak ... wweeeeeeeekkkk !!! smelt like something died in there! the next morning ... this was all over her cage ... and she wanted out! So I took her back to the coop ... and I came back in to clean up the mess and take a picture ... At least I think she brought it up?
