This morning I found my 25 week old red sex link missing most of her her comb, which was growing in, and a bloody wound on her neck. We arein the middle of establishing a new pecking order. She is the only one who has been injured.

I picked her up from someone who is giving her away on Craigslist after she had broken her leg, healed, and her flock wouldn't take her back.

Now, after being with these chickens for about a month, she is getting attacked and injured.

She has no trouble eating, drinking or walking. I have seperated her within view of the others fir the time being.

Do I need to apply any sort of first aid? Was I correct in separating her? Here's some pictures.

Put some Neosporin on both cuts and maybe a bandaid on her neck. She should be fine.

Should I keep her seperated from the rest of the flock? If I am supposed to keep her seperated, should I plan on reuniting everyone in a week or two, or should she just be kept away?

They don't look serious enough to be life threatening so no i done think you need to bother separating her that will just worsen the aggression towards her.
