If you only have the probe inside the bator you won't get very accurate readings. The probe doesn't measure humidity. The therm/hydro body is what reads the humidity.

Yes u r correct

The temp\\hum is one unit without a probe which is inside the
bator

The spot check probe is inside the water snake but the reading
unit is outside the bator..

Are you telling me that the whole Brinsea spot check must be
in the bator?
